Who doesn't love chocolate? Well I do know some people....which I think its crazy!!! Lol! This chocolate buttercream is so smooth and not too Chocolaty, its perfect!!!

If you like Pina Colada....

Who doesn't love a nice cold Pina Colada!!? It's definitely one of my favorite drinks whether it has alcohol or not! So these cupcakes are inspired of that drink. Its a Pina Colada Cupcakes with a Coconut Rum Buttercream Frosting!!!! Doesn't that just make your mouth water? They are so delicious that you won't be able to just eat one. 

Merry Christmas!!

This is my one Christmas cake that I have done so far. The edges look like candy canes and its very festive with the red and green colors. Christmas is one of my favorite holidays. I love seeing all the Christmas decorations at the stores. There's something about it that just puts a smile on my face. Ever since I was little I always use to give little presents to my family that I would make. Whether it was just a note or a drawing I made, I felt so happy when they would see what I made for them. I love seeing people's faces when they open their gifts on Christmas! Who doesn't love this time of year!? 

There is always time for Love!!

 This is my heart cake! Someone had ordered me this cake for Valentine's Day and I wanted to share it with you guys. I know its October now that I'm writing this blog but there's always time for love!! Don't you think? Why should we celebrate with the people we love only one day of the year. We should be telling people we love them and giving them nice sweet and romantic treats(or diamonds lol) all year long!!! Maybe I just say this cause I'm a girl and I'm a total romantic. I love all the lovey dovey stuff that comes with Valentine's Day!

 I also made some cupcakes along with the cakes, Chocolate and Vanilla.

Fancy Flours!!

So I came across this website www.fancyflours.com and I love all of the stuff they have for baking. Everything is super beautiful! They have decorations for every holiday and occasion. One of the things that I really want to try out is the Chocolate Transfer Sheets! They have the most beautiful selection such as this one now for thanksgiving:

What I've been wanting to make with this are chocolate covered oreos and you decorate them with this chocolate transfer sheet. And I must say that it makes the Oreos look like a super fancy dessert that you find at a super expensive bakery. Hopefully I'll be able to try this out soon and once I do, I will definitely let you guys know how it went and pictures will definitely be up! I can't wait!

New Treats!!!!!

So I have a lot of different cupcakes, cakes, cookies, etc, that I want to try out but I just haven't had the time to do any yet. Plus can you imagine my house being filled with cupcakes and cakes lol!! I need people that are willing to take these treats off my hands, so I need taste testers!! If there's any specific flavor you like let me know and then I can make something for you to be my taste tester for!!

I do plan on making some cake pops, brownie balls, and oreo cupcakes for a birthday party next weekend, so I will definitely have those pictures up when they are ready!

Hello Kitty!

What girl doesn't love Hello Kitty? Whether you're 10 or 20 I think we will always have this little kitty in our hearts! I loved hello kitty when I was a little girl and now that I'm 25 I still love hello kitty. Of course I'm not going to buy every hello kitty thing I see (even though inside i really do lol), but something small like a necklace or something doesn't hurt!! So this cake I made for my sis-in-laws birthday party. She loves Hello Kitty just as much as I do! We should never have to let go of our little favorite kitty!

It's a boy!

I think there's something special and magical about baby showers or welcome home parties! Seeing that little miracle come to earth is a wonderful feeling. There's something about a baby that gets everyone's attention in a room and makes them go "aawwww"!!! This cake I made for my nephews welcome home party. Seeing that little boy come home from the hospital healthy and strong was a wonderful feeling! The onesie and stars are made of fondant, the other little decorations are just plastic decor and the whole cake was piped with frosting. If there's a mommy-to-be in your life who you know would like a cake like this one, please send me a message. I can easily change the colors to a pink for a girl or any color you would like. 

Luau Cake!

Who doesn't love a Hawaiian Luau party?!! The cake is my special "Pina Colada" Cake! The flowers were made to look like hibiscus flowers and very colorful like a hawaiian party is! This was for my sisters 31st Luau Birthday!

Orange Lovers!

I've been working on some new recipes and today I tried this one. An Orange Bundt Cake with an Orange Glaze! I must say its a very orangey cake but very delicious! The cake is infused with orange zest and the glaze has orange juice and orange zest as well that I additionally added! You will definitely love this cake!!

For the Dark Chocolate Lovers!!

These are Dark Chocolate Cookies with Semi-Sweet & White Chocolate Chips! They are delicious and "cake" like cookie. Any Dark Chocolate lover will go crazy over these cookies!

Cake Pops!

Whats better than a piece of cake on a stick!!! Now a days there's about almost everything on a stick and I must say its great! These cake pops are great to decorate your dessert table at your parties! I think this is really good especially for kids birthday parties because they can easily pick up the stick and eat the cake pop! These were vanilla cake "Cake Pops" mixed with buttercream frosting with a White Chocolate Coating. I made these for my nephews 1st Birthday Party.

These penguins have a #1 on top of the cupcakes, since it was for my nephews 1st Birthday!
