I think there's something special and magical about baby showers or welcome home parties! Seeing that little miracle come to earth is a wonderful feeling. There's something about a baby that gets everyone's attention in a room and makes them go "aawwww"!!! This cake I made for my nephews welcome home party. Seeing that little boy come home from the hospital healthy and strong was a wonderful feeling! The onesie and stars are made of fondant, the other little decorations are just plastic decor and the whole cake was piped with frosting.
